Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate Aurix Bot, provide Discord bot features, maintain leaderboards, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

• Discord user IDs, usernames, server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs needed for bot functionality.
• Bot usage and gameplay data such as progression totals, rankings, command usage, cooldowns, virtual features, and anti-abuse records.
• Information you submit voluntarily, such as support messages, bug reports, feature suggestions, or email messages.
• Payment-related identifiers from Paddle webhooks, such as customer, subscription, transaction, and price identifiers. Full card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Aurix Bot.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate bot commands, link premium membership to Discord accounts, display leaderboards, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and improve Aurix Bot.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help host, secure, process payments for, or operate Aurix Bot, including Discord, Render, MongoDB hosting providers, and Paddle. We may also share information when required by law, Discord policy, security needs, or enforcement of our policies.

Retention and Requests

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, protect the community, comply with obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request support or deletion by emailing zxavokaurix@gmail.com.

Security and Minors

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service is completely secure. Aurix is intended for users who are allowed to use Discord under Discord's age requirements and local law.
