Product

Aurix Bot is a Discord bot software service for server engagement, virtual progression tracking, leaderboards, clans, and community activities. Premium memberships and optional one-time virtual item packs are digital products linked to the Discord account connected during checkout.

Paid products may include enhanced command settings, virtual progression modifiers, higher premium effect caps, premium-only shop items, profile cosmetics, extra reminder slots, profile membership status, premium activation announcement, virtual crates, boost supplies, aura, and other in-bot features shown on the pricing and drops page sections. No physical goods are shipped.

Paddle Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and order payment support. Aurix Bot provides product access and product support after purchase.

Virtual Features

All Aurix points, virtual items, ranks, progression, and bot features are virtual bot features only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred outside Aurix, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, physical goods, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or stored value.

Aurix does not offer gambling, betting, sweepstakes, lotteries, auctions, or real-money rewards.

Acceptable Use

Use Aurix only for lawful, fair, and community-friendly purposes. Do not exploit bugs, automate abusive activity, manipulate leaderboards, spam commands, disrupt the bot, or use Aurix to harass, threaten, scam, impersonate, or share illegal or harmful content.

Service Changes

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the bot evolves. We may restrict access, remove data, reset progress, or ban users or servers that violate these terms or create risk for the Aurix community.
