Digital Delivery
Aurix sells digital premium memberships and optional one-time virtual item packs for Discord bot software features, including higher premium effect caps, premium-only shop items, profile cosmetics, extra reminder slots, profile membership status, premium activation announcement, virtual crates, boost supplies, aura, and virtual progression modifiers. Paid products are delivered digitally to the Discord account connected during checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes.
- Paid digital access that was not delivered because of a verified technical issue.
- Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase when the paid digital benefit or virtual item pack has not been substantially used or consumed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed or consumed digital premium access, crates, boost supplies, aura, or other virtual items after benefits have been provided.
- Purchases connected to rule violations, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or attempts to manipulate the service.
- Requests made after the stated refund window, unless required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
Email zxavokaurix@gmail.com with your Discord username, purchase details, approximate purchase date, and a short explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Paddle may also provide order payment support as reseller and merchant of record.
